I'm paying £150-£160 each on both with 0 NCB as it's all on my daily driver. That's in central London too!

Shop around Jules...

before you do shop around, be courtious to your current insurance company, give 'em a call..... "hi, I just got me renewal, I'm rather shocked about the price especially because I have made no claims, so before I start shopping around, what can you do?". It'll make them stand up and do something there and then. My daily driver came down by 20% this year.... ..... Alpine next month. However last year it was 20 years old and they (AON) removed the mileage limit on the basis of what sort of fool does big miles in an old car, surely it just gets cherished, sit in the garage and does not get used much.

Think its going to be HIC :? they are coming in with £387 which includes track day cover, and the use of my no claims bonus which will will let me earn more NCB, just waiting for Lancaster ins to get back, but they have already said that they wont cover track days + you cant use your NCB, HIC dont seem to mind mods as well

FYI

bell insurance is part of admiral (I didn't know either did agreed value 'classic cover'

Footman James is now part of AON (run as separate companies at the moment, but probably not for long).
