He means the normal TDC sensor slot. The turbo and atmo have the same part number for the bellhousing, the atmo just has a blanking plate bolted in where the sensor usually goes. The flywheel has indents around the outside edge and allows for timing checks on the diagnostic plug, don't know if the pulse is strong enough for triggering though..
