Whatever you un-do (nuts/bolts wise), make sure you put some copper-slip on when re-assembling.
You'll be so pleased that you did next time...

Actually, nothing works on turbo bolts. Copper slip burns right off...

This applies to wheels too.

After approx 2 years of planning, asking stupid questions of you guys and general inaction - I finally dropped (well lowered gently) the engine out this weekend. What a hoot and no casualties (human or mechanical) so far. Have go the neighbours well confused as to why my car is sat in the driveway with its asp stuck up in the air - decided to keep the guts out whilst I give the subframe a general de-rusting and paint job.

Thanks to all who provided advice and encouragement.

Thanks - looks interesting. Been using Jenolite which purports to do the same job - this stuff does look better though.
