Hi,
im looking in to geting my 1st alpine, im going for a GTA V6, Non turbo
just so i dont go to look at one blind, WHAT SHOULD I LOOK OUT FOR?

nealy sold my R5 Raider, so once that has gone il have some pennys to get one, sadly it wont be a stuner as i only have 3k to spend, but with being 22 insurance has to be bought to

I think you'll struggle to get a sorted one for any less than £4250 these days
You'd be wise to save a bit, before taking the plunge as a ropey one will probably end up costing a hell of a lot more to get right .
Engine wise most should be OK but the body ,running gear etc will be wanting for under 3k I suspect .
Search the threads for the full SP , this subject has been gone over countless times ,also have a read of this

Ive been looking at the red one on ebay, thats going for 3k,
i just havnt got the money yet

as long as the engine and runing gear is ok, il be happy,
as i will be geting it painted any way, (pearl white)
and im happy to repair the body work,

If it's G430 BLN I have a feeling that one is recorded CAT C

Might be worth a cheap online HPI to check.

Shouldn't be too much of a problem as I think it was repaired well, but you need to know and it gives bargaining power!

Also get a few insurance quotes (search on here for brokers/companies!). You may find they want 3k for a 22 year old..
