Lee, that doesnt make sense. Whats the difference between a coil over kit and a normal adjustable damper kit, other than you can adjust the height to exactly where you want it, other than relying on the fixed height of the springs that you can do nothing about it?
You set them up to a good all round setting and leave them like that!
Only if your going to do a track day, or offroading may you change the settings/ride height..

It's a dick-thing ,fully adjustable, coil over ,anodised ,fine pitch thread , asp ......................I haven't got a clue how to set it properly .
