Now thats a real hillclimb.....public roads up a mountain! The French run these things all the time where as they are rare in the UK. Looking forward to the Isle of Man public road extravaganza in April!!! :D

Work 'fire wall' won't let me see it...

Tong Gomez (at donnington with the mecadier (something like that)) does the spanish 10k climbs. He did a lot of UK events then decided he enjoyed 10k at 99% more than 1k at 110%.
I've seen a couple of his videos and the mix of machinery at them is excellent.

You can buy British hillclimb championship DVD/videos in the shops if you look hard enough (Duke video)......the in car of the top single seaters on some of the courses is awe inspiring....warp speed Mr Sulu!!!!

I know what you mean by being cold mate, it's a cold in the garage as it is outside... minus I don't know got to get the heating on in there get it up on the axel stands, wheels off and strip the car for yearly inspection and stick some harder pads on the front after the last pounding up 2 real demanding roads..... that was enough! got some mintex RACING 1166 compound ..... they may be a little hard and may have to roll back to 1155 compund.... we'll see :!:
