Tissot watch

Postby RPM1970 » Sun Dec 13, 2020 4:12 pm

Hi as anybody bought a Tissot Alpine on board chronograph and if so did you get the dashboard mount as shown in all the reviews with it has it now appears you have to buy this from Renault, there is no mention of purchasing this as an extra in any of the reviews or in the official Alpine promo video for the watch.
thanks RPM

I had thought that was only a bit of marketing fluff in the launch. I've not heard anything from Alpine in respect of it actually being available. A quick look at the Tissot site suggests the watch is available but, as you say, no mention of the mount.

I'm not in the market for it anyway - it would only be another thing I need to stuff in my pocket everytime I leave the car!! I already have a watch.

Good luck on your quest and please send photos if you do find the mount and install it.

thanks for that - presume the metal plate on the side is the mounting point for the watch body.

Yes that’s correct.
Sadly I did not have the watch to test it in there.

Hi, I have one of the watches, where do I get the mount? Speak to my local Renault dealer?
