Rooms at the ETAP Birmingham Airport (walking distance) are only £22 per night advance rate at the moment.

Looking for club members with concours or interesting cars to display.

Also helpers for rota over the three days.

Relevant anniversaries this year are Renault 5 40 Years, Renault 8 50 Years, A110 50 Years

Room prices are going up.

Ibis BHI proper is now cheaper than Etap BHI (Ibis budget).

Around £50 - £60 per night. Book now while they are still available.

Helpers confirmed:

1. Stephen (Thursday Setup, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday breakdown)
2. Sarah & Summer (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
3. Ian (Thursday Setup, Friday, Sunday?, Monday Breakdown)
4. Paul (Saturday & Sunday)
5. Jen (Saturday & Sunday)

Should have enough wristbands for 8 helpers / owners each day.

Helper Free Ticket = Wear RAOC kit + Help on stand for a couple of hours.

I may have a spare hotel room for some nights as well.

I'd be happy to display my A610 for the 3 days if you think it's good enough to go on the display.

I'm interested in attending/helping out, plus if you need cars to show... my GTA (C33 WRK) should be minty-mint by that time (after Lee and Andy have worked their magic)
