As Comp sec, I have been asked "at what age car my son/daughter start competition?"
For karting it is a lot younger, but for Production Car Autotests it is 14.
A PCA is normally a coned course oround a piece of open ground, like large car park or airfield etc.
PCA is just a sub-class for a Solo event.
Only main restriction is that little Johnny needs to carry a passenger (it can be Mum if if you are too scared) who has a Road licence and they can only drive salon or touring type car.
A Solo is just like the old fashioned Auto test, but it is forwards only and there is a 90degree turn every 60m or less, so speeds are upto 2nd gear only.
And as Secretary of the meeting, you can enter this event on Sun Oct 24.

Mark, this could be Riku's chance to show you some of his car handling skills.
Just a sample from a recent FDMC event.

And it always seems to be big Steve in his white MX5, downforce provided my MacDonalds, who does so well.
Sorry, but MX5 is defined as a sports car by the MSA.
How about it?
