WSR is best place to do it by a country mile. Central location. Plenty of other stuff going on. Big audience. A/V for A610 movies etc (which Renault Classic have already sent). But if no-one wants to come so be it. If it doesn't happen here I can't see us getting 20 together anywhere else, someone will always be away, on holiday, at work, broken down etc.

If the Renault Freres can get 35 vintage and veteran cars along to WSR on trailers bit of a shame if we can't get 20 relatively modern ones.

We are in a new separate location this year, as per requests, so no barriers required, hence all the valuable old machinery.

We have invited CAR to join us in this attempt and are pleased to announce that they have accepted hence the appearance of Barry Jayes and Peter Whitehouse on the list.

CAR members will shortly receive a formal invitation from their club chairman.

Hopefully we can look forward to co-operating at more events in the future.

I look forward to getting my CAR invite too- my car is in their magazine this month too (a picture from Macon 2011 as it happens). Sadly I am still away on holiday that weekend....but .I do hope that we can mend the bridges there as we'd both benefit.
