FERRY IS NORFOLKLINE

www.norfolkline.com

RECOMMENDED TIMES:

Depart: DOVER to DUNKERQUE 18/09/09 06:00
Return: DUNKERQUE to DOVER 20/09/09 23:58

Cost £30 including fuel surcharge.

That way if you get back earlier will be able to take the 22:01 rather than the other way round where you may be late and not able to take the next boat. I don't think it will matter much though as it's off peak and I guess they will just put us on whichever one is going next when we arrive.

This will mean arriving Dunkirk at 09:00, allowing 6 hours for the journey (with a break for lunch) will see us at the hotel by 15:00.

Check in and a quick rest and time for a few laps before the Nordschleife closes at 19:30.

Leaving at 17:00 on Sunday, allowing 6 hours for the journey (with a break for dinner) will see us at the ferry terminal by 23:00 just in time for check in.

We have to book as a club and I will sort that out.

15 euro per head 'Sweetie Parking'
25 euro per head 'Darling Parking'

And yes I'm being serious. Price includes 2 meals and 4 drinks.

Hi All,

I'm making the payment to the D'ARC for the RTOC gang today as the payment for the Sweetie Parking has got to be made by the 7th August.

The cost per day per car is €15. Have a read below of the Google Translated application form:

This year we have a "sweetie-parking" of superlatives! We have the complete Heliport is available. That is, all oldies are on one place! There is also an extra VIP Club for our Renault scene that only with the D'ARC map is accessible. There you can calmly brought your food to eat, or you from the collected impressions rest. This year, brand new We collect for participation in the "sweetie-parking" a starting fee of 15, - EUR per Vehicle / per day in advance.

With the payment of this registration fee you also receive:

WSR-rally-sign
Participation sticker
CLUB RENAULT lanyard
Food & Drink voucher worth 15, - EUR (2 meals / 4 drinks) Non- attendance forfeits the registration fee - no refund.

The application included the payment must be received by 7.8.2009 made. Subsequent applications and payments can not be taken into account. We accept only clubs Batch transfers. Please use the following account:

Commerzbank Brühl
Kto: 28 29 588 00
Blz: 370 400 44
Account holder: D'ARC e.V.

For the "darling" application, we need a few data on the vehicles. Please complete the attached form and send back to us and enclose a photo absolutely. We The data is then for the entrance of the exhibition and preparing vehicles. We reserve We reserve the vehicles that do not correspond to the rules, not the "sweetie-parking" permit. On Saturday and Sunday there will be a parade with selected vehicles. All reported "sweetie" drivers receive their entry tickets in advance to you.

Please clearly visible behind the windshield basket. Please note the entrance to remember bring. For without a ticket to enter the infield is not possible.

The payment details you need to make AS A CLUB (they only accept applications from a club & not individually) are as follows:

Beneficiary Account Name: D'ARC e.V.
Account Holding Bank: Commerzbank Brühl
IBAN: DE84 3704 0044 0282 9588 00
BIC: COBADEFFXXX

I think you guys are going to have to get a wriggle on to collect the money & make the payment!!

I'm using a company called First Rate FX to make the bank transfer as I've found them to be cheaper than my bank! The guy i've dealt with is called Chris Canning chrisc@firstratefx.com & I can't recommend him highly enough 8)

As for the 'Darling Parking' what I have done with the RTOC is get a picture of everyones car & then put them all into ONE Word Document with the following details on each car (here's my application as an example):

Model/Version: Renault 5 GT Turbo Raider
Build year: 1990
Specialities: Very Original
Owner: Steven Thomson (Me)
Renault Club: RTOC
Saturday Schätzchen-Parkplatz: Yes
Sunday Schätzchen-Parkplatz: Yes

I then sent that off to Sabine of the D'ARC for her approval.

I think that's everything guys, if you need anything else please let me know?
