I Know Miles trying to sort the car out deal with Police insurers solicitors (knocked off my bike 3 weekends ago) race entries race licences ....Ill sort it this weekend mate ..heads just spinning at the mo not sure where to start ..speak to Secretary of the meeting sounds like a good place to start and get an entry in ...car allowing!!!

Ok come on people get your form in ASAP due to cut backs only using 2nd class stamps,there will be no last min postings.Also looking a bit sad on Saturday only 5 of us including me.I only have 4 RAOC members on the list but a lot of Clio V6s,so come on if your names not down Stevphen will be sad

Okay, I'm up for this. Few questions:

1. Is it both Sat and Sun? Presume I need to buy the 2-day £25 ticket?
2. Looking at the Entry Form... I don't need to have a competition licence do I?
3. Do we have a pitch/club stand or something?
4. Where is everyone staying - I see the Tewkesbury Travelodge is full.
5. What's the schedule... do we need to be onsite by a specific time etc. (will impact whether I drive up Sat morning or Fri night).

Well Teglen thats a lot of questions. Open the form and most answers can be found there or give me a call, number on the form.
Having said that you need to know its the best French car event in the uk and the RAOC stand is the biggest with hospitality.As we are a big part of the show its best to get in before 9am. Hope this helps it wood be good to see you as i like blue GTAs

I'll post mine tomorrow, I'll even include a 1st class stamped address envelope so I the tickets arrive on time

Telgen, I'm travelling up on Sunday only, so if you wish to drive up in convoy (if two GTAs count as a convoy) then fine with me. Don't believe Cedric will be taking his GTA otherwise we could have made it three Stratos blues together.

Looks like I will be able to make this as my first event as long as my exhaust manifolds turn up this week. I will fill in the application form in tomorrow, sounds like all accommodation is full tho, so would have to drive there and back on Sunday.

I'll be sending form tomorrow too, I'll be going up on sat evening with vehicle of no interest unfortunately, as very unlikely that gta will be back together in next 2 Weeks... Looking forward to it though, as always + will be supporting si21 of course

if you are competing on the Hill, yes, if you are just parking in the spit and polish club area then no.

I have signed up for the Sunday with my GTA, me and the Mrs, plus maybe teenage daughter if she is speaking to me!

Will I be allowed to put a for sale sign on the car?

OK I am getting a little confused here... (QED) Who needs to have these forms sent to them? as I would love to attend this event and show my support... I have the form printed off but could scan it and email it back for speed, then do the PayPal thing.. as time is running out!!
Just IM me the email that I can send the form to etc ...

I think that I will have to do some kind of PDF forms in the future, so we can do it all on-line, and save the postage and paperwork etc speed things up!! should have got my tech head on this sooner... got distracted with my refurb...
