RENAULT CLUBS @ BROMLEY PAGEANT - 14th June 2009

Hi Folks

My first time at this event, what time is it best to arrive for? I have heard from friends it can be a sod to get in due to sheer numbers, can't be doing with that so what time would be best.

On Sunday access for exhibitors is officially from 7.00am to 9.30am. You may be refused access if you are late and it may be difficult to get to the stand due to its central location. You will also have to queue with the public. It will be best to be as early as possible. We will also be there on Saturday from around 2.00pm if you would like to deliver a vehicle or help to set up.

After 9.30am you may sign in at the registration desk and collect your goody bag.

We have a parade around the Main Arena scheduled for 10.30am.

Please be ready at your car at least 15 minutes beforehand.

thanx to mr. dell and team for making this another great day out, weather fantastic (will have to ask him the secret for controling the sun) and excellent turn out of renaults and alpines

Sarah & I had a brilliant day at Bromley Pagent yesterday & it was good to meet some more of you guys.

Excellent weather and organisation, thanks to Mr Dell for sorting all that out!
