Bodyworks nice but the red interior and rubbing strips are just wrong (in my opinion anyway)

i recognise that car.... isn't that "red leo" Mr D? i'd never forget an interior like that.....

Wow that interior is bright! reminds me of the yellow A610 at Prescott with the yellow seat inserts, each to his own I suppose.

Tony Matra is a member on here, never met him because he broke down on his way to a northern meet some time ago.

That isn't "red leo" as that was a turbo.

They never did a "factory option" of red leather either. I guess the strips could be removed from the outside then you would have quite a nice car.

Hi Guys the red interior isnt as bright as in the pics and it was something from the dealer I think and not from renault and it had walnut all over the place, it was like lying in a coffin thats why I changed it, at my age I try to stay clear of coffins lol.
Owner before me was chris tabor from kent he looked after her well and spent a lot on her.
I did break down on way to my first meeting when I lived in Lytham St Annes it was the usual pickup problem and I am still in debt to John C for all his help at the time, a new spare pickup comes with the car.
Strips will come off and the laquer peel can be sorted by Andy who I was going to visit if I was keeping her also I think the gold wheels dont go with the red....I spent too much time restoring matras thats why I have only done 700 miles in 3 years in her.
Just got an offer £2,750 off fleabay need more but will be happier for it to go to a club member, some of you may remember this car on pistonheads 3 years ago for 5K I didnt pay that but need offers around 3.5K.
Car is at my brothers lockup in Burnley I am moving to aquitane france.

Can't be moaned at, cheap car imo - despite the red interior
