Water Pump for an 89 GTA turbo.

Postby murf » Fri Jul 03, 2020 8:19 pm

This is by way of a long shot but the bearings on my gta’s water pump are knackered and I’m going to have to replace it.
Does anyone have one gathering dust on a shelf or squirrelled somewhere that they would be prepared to sell?

Hopefully, Murf.

Hi Murfitt,
Its a common Renault part that is used on other prv cars like the space v6 and REN 25 turbo. I got mine from eBay...70 quid from memory.
If you get stuck, pm me and ill dig out the cross reference.
Cheers

GTA/25 units are hard to find. The Espace ones need modifying to fit ECU sensor + they have a smaller hole internally to impellar.

Definitely getting harder to find lately. NOS seems to be drying up.
