34TBIA Carb Wanted

Postby Stuart D » Wed Mar 09, 2005 8:28 pm

I'm looking for a serviceable (i.e. one which was working properly when removed from car) 34 TBIA carb to get mine through the MOT. Mine won't pass the emission checks and once I have the rest of the car together I intend to upgrade to a triple DCNF set-up.

I realise that the current one can be refurbished but this will take a few weeks so anything that gets me through the MOT quicker is tempting.

You could employ a small person to sit on top of the motor and pour fuel down the manifolds. It may be cheaper on fuel.....

PS Sorry I don't have a good spare carb.
