i got a GTA turbo engine complete, the head gasket is blown,
how much are you willing to pay for it, engine was superb, didnt drink engine oil.........
Engine wanted for GTA turbo!!!!!!!!!
currently breaking a GTA Atmo 2.9 1990, Doing up a GTA 2.5 Turbo...........

Why not just get the head gasket repaired if it was a good runner rather than risking a second hand lump :oops: :?: :?:

dont know if there is no head damage, as the car was overheating slightly.
anyone who can change the headgasket for not too much money,
i am in the Leytonstone / East London area ?
Engine wanted for GTA turbo!!!!!!!!!

On a turbo it's always a pretty expensive job.

Try Mr Sage or SimonSays for a quote.

Anyway you've taken enough money in parts off me already to pay for the job!!! :wink: :lol:

If the engine is seperate from the car, I can take it on. Just off A21 in Kent.

It'll be *about* £250 in parts/cost of head work and similar labour.

snapped head bolts, warped heads, new chains, stem seals, could be a liner seal instead etc etc etc

I know .....it could be a whole new world of pain .It's getting to the point these days that you're better off buying a whole new running car than putting any effort into fixing the lumps .......

Yup, I've got a perfect GTA turbo engine that cost me £350... wouldn't like to try a rebuild for that.
