Passenger (left hand side) door not opening. Unable to use key as door lock pull will not move. removed side panel which revealed solenoid unit completely soaked in water (plastic sheet acted as water bag). The door pull bar in the Solenoid is seized up. I have been fiddling around trying to manually pop the door lock pull with no success, must be because of the solenoid seizure. Have used hair dryer to remove water but assume water has breached solenoid housing.
As the door will not open working on it from the driver's side.
Can anyone please provide lock assembly diagram so I can remove solenoid unit, etc to inspect and hopefully repair. Worst case replace.
In the past I did remove the key/door unit on the drivers side to remove the weather flap (key hole) because someone tried to break into the GTA.
Any suggestion would be appreciated
