Alpine more reliable than Porsche shocker!!!

Just back from an amazing weekend in South Wales ragging over the hills in the rain with my brother in his Cayman S. An amazing weekend not withstanding that he locked his keys in the boot!

My car didn't put a foot wrong and was a total hoot to drive. More than kept the Cayman honest too- especially in the dry where the electronic trickery came less into play.

However check out the photo below after a photo stop

Never thought I'd see the day where a GTA jump starts a Porsche!

New battery the next day sorted it out fine though....

Might be the flames coming out under acceleration! Does need changing I agree.

No don't stop they are great photos, nice to see an Alpine getting used and not just a "Trailer Queen". and just to think, there was a tree parked upon it a few days ago.. True Spirit of driving. :super

Quality duck tape that nonetheless... right off the roll that had just stuck a Warrior AFV back together :up

That was back when I had t to tune, has been on there since.. got out to Jon's car and his plate had fallen off :toilet

Cayman - Length: 4,380 mm, Height: 1,295 mm, 1,340 kg
GTA - Length: 4,330 mm, Height: 1,197 mm (lower on John's), 1,180 kg
