If your sad enough to follow so called "celebs" then yes, you will get their spurts of whatever (In GM case we know exactly what you mean Lee). If you choose to only follow who you want to hear from then you wont get any other nonsence.

Twitter is a lot less hassle than facebook and on a smart phone is a great way to comunicate about events and stuff and direct people onto here when stuff comes up (and it always works-no down time).

I was probably the most anti facebook/ Twitter person ever (as I admitted to someone at the Ace the other night, I am that person who has honestly never seen Star Wars) until I got a smart phone and then it all just fell into place.
Even just re tweeting stuff over the past few days I have learned so much about the upcoming Alpine and the race team that I just would have never have found anywhere else. Give it a go Lee,set up a RATS twitter page and get some new customers.

ok in double figures now but could be a lot better if more signed up and re tweeted any stuff they see.
