What Viscosity Oil For The GTA V6 Turbo

As title peeps, what viscosity oil is recomended for the V6 Turbo (and how much does it hold), got weds, thurs and friday off this week so want to start mopping the paint and look at oil leaks and service it.

7litres for engine oil

i think the recommended oil is 15w40
i use 15W50
1989 GTA V6 Turbo Grey
Megane R26 F1
Clio 197

Yeh , not sure he uses enough of it though ......

10/40 semi for std lumps will be absolutely fine .Cheapo stuff will do and just change it regularly .
Loads of threads on here about oils ...ya pays ya money ...

My prefference is for 10/60 and since Castrol have dropped the Edge 10/60 Sport from their lineup (They produce a BMW spec version that I am told isn't the same) I am now using Mobil 1 Extended Life 10/60 fully synthetic. It's circa £50 but in 5 litre cans rather than 4.
