Blimey Eamon O'Neil (The geezer driving) that brings back memories...

He was into Renaults a lot, he bought a Safrane fromt the Car Dealership I worked for in Knutsford. He had some repairs (gearbox I think) done and I had to deliver it back to him at his home in Sale. Smashed it into the back of a Volvo 240 whilst I was dreaming of my holiday to Ibiza the following day He was not very happy as was not my boss

I missed this when it was posted. Sounds like an atmo, only 4 in the country, two red(1 Adelaide), one pearl white(Brisbane), the other blue(Melbourne). Guess it to be in Melbourne, grass too green for Canberra, although I believe there are a couple of GTAs in Canberra, not sure which type. I think around 14 GTA Turbos in Aus now.

It went a bit further than Oz - that's in NZ, most likely Auckland.

The GTA was sold new in NZ. I'm not sure how many though.

I believe there were only 14 Atmos sold in NZ new, no turbos, with at least one making it's way from NZ to Australia, now residing in Brisbane.
