There was quite an impressive turn out for both days (although I think there may have been more on Sunday
) and as someone else has already mentioned, we didn't have the problem of regular dust storms like at Donington so my car stayed clean!!!
The gala evening was really nice, I almost felt too common to be in there..but hey, I paid my money!!!
Just a shame I couldn't have sampled the free bar due to having to drive home, but better to be safe than sorry
And finally to the judges (Paul and Tony) for selecting my humble 21 Turbo for 2nd place in the 80's - 90's category.
It really did make the 16 hrs of cleaning,polishing and detailing all the more worth while.
So...after 3 years of saying it, i've finally gone and joined RAOC...just waiting for whatever's going to arrive through the letterbox!!!
And looking forward to attending a few more events
