Anyone on here going to the FCS / RTOC national day

Anyone going tp the RTOC Nat day & French car show, Rockingham Speedway, on 15th July 2007,

Looks like it will be time to dig the tent out again

Adrian Flux French car Show……A show tailored for club members.

So you are all probably wondering what all this is going to cost you:

Entry is £5 per member, restricted to one ticket per member and is only available in ADVANCE through a hidden part of the FCS website, URL still to be added (£15 on the gate)
2hrs open pit lane is £15 (£35 from the FCS website for 30 min)
0-60 sprint for one hour is £7.50 for unlimited runs (£7.50 for ONE run on the day)
Thor Dyno will be £30 but still tbc with more details to follow

Might do the FCS, we went last year.

Need a few more cars though to make it worthwhile.

We had less than 10 and you really need 20+ to make a decent display.

If you want to do it post below and I can block book some tickets.

Go on then ,I'll do the display and pies as well

"pies", I think some 'cuisine' would be more appropriate.
I'm sprinting on the Saturday, but I'll go along "en dimanche".

It must be a northern thing

It would prob be be better to join RTOC for £15 which is for the full year and get the benefits of;

1.2hrs (33% of the day) open pit lane dedicated to RTOC members only (from 15:00-17:00)
2.1 hr sprint time dedicated to RTOC members only (first 60 min of the day)
3.RTOC members ONLY camping the night before (tbc by 22/1/07)
4.Thor Dyno for RTOC members only (tbc in a few days)
5.The club is paying 60% of the advance ticket price, restricted to one per member
6.RTOC grandstand box with views over the entire venue, available to club members and guests throughout the day
7.“RTOC National Day 2007” will appear on all our tickets and window stickers.
8.All the traders that we normally invite will be there.
9.FCS handles ticket processing, health & safety, insurances, staffing etc and all the overheads associated with these.
10.Money in the club funds to pay for advance tickets and secure club parking/camping at other major events throughout the year.

Yes and Yeheeeeeeeeeeeesssssss But that was FCS .The RTOC nat day is combined with it this year .Last years RTOC was the trackday @ Bruntingthorpe and was an excellent day ,no real Chavness in sight .
Chav is good now and then Bromely and the like can get a bit dull after the fiftyefff standard completely original TR4/6 and accompanying picanic basket

I know what my GTA can do....and it'll be doing it all year at sprints and hillclimbs......providing it works of course!! Its a bit of a trek for a play day and it clashes with Kames, one of my championship rounds so I definitely wont be going. Also I dont like the idea of having to rub shoulders with so many Saxo drivers all in one go.....overdoses arent good for you!!

Rockingham's a good venue for spectators.
I can't commit for certain, but I'll probabley go.
