Sorry but I'm not really the one to be replying to this with my limited knowledge, however I'm sure I've heard that this relay is under the scuttle tray between the battery and fan which ventilates air into the cabin?

turbo or atmo?

Diagrams are different but the wiper relay appears to be in the same place - to the right of the first bank of relays above the fuses. There are two rows of five and the wiper relay (Relais temporisateur essuie vitre - 113) is on its own to the right of these.

Many thanks to Lee for e-mailing diagrams to me today. Much appreciated :D
