"The fuel contains a high performance oxygen containing bio-component, which means that overall greenhouse gas emissions – associated with global warming – are reduced, helping to protect the environment."
Turbo cars should pay lower tax on the new stuff , we are helping...

Bazaar. You beat me to it. I was just about to add a post for this as I'm working at BPs main site in Sunbury and was just reading about it on their intranet.

External BP link is this. http://www.bp.com/genericsection.do?cat ... Id=7017179

Thought it might be of interest to PeterG if he needs to turn the wick up to 11. The weirdest thing about it in my opinion is that it's colourless - like crystal Coke if you remember that. :D
I'm just here for the gasoline.

Unfortunately it's just too expensive.

Tesco 99RON @ 97p/litre + 3 point octane booster

or

BP 102RON @ 242p/litre

No contest.

Why aren't the BP outlets near circuits? Two are in East London near me. If I filled up there it would be all gone by the time I've reached a circuit!

Keeping with the bio-ethanol theme that'd be Tesco 99RON plus a bottle of Tesco brand Vodka in the tank for the extra octane points  It'd still be cheaper than 242p/litre.
