A610 rear xcreen demister

the contacts from the heater elements to the top of the struts have broken off .Have tried to repair with copper tape but although the bus bar from the positve feed is live along its full length there is no current going through the heater element wires to the negative side .Can it be fixed or do I need a new rear window glass?

I used conductive epoxy to fix this on my GTA but that was the lugs having come off the screen.
Is it the lug or the underlying wire? Either are repairable with this stuff and as replacement screens are changing hands for £600-1000 you can spend quite a lot and be quid's in.

This company provide and (expensive) but good kit to repair heated rear windows. They are now available on UK amazon (I picked up my first set when in the USA for work).
The conductive epoxy works (and it should at that price) to reglue tabs, they also do tabs themselves and full replacement kits.

if you buy directly from the USA there is a load more stuff available and it arrives quickly. You can order a replacement set of wires and bus bars if it comes to that, that you can glue over the current wires.
