The wierd thing about the AE86 is that they are quite a rare car now in mainland Britain....never see one. I believe the Irish bought loads of them while over here we bought the front wheel drive version. Every Irish rally I see footage of features a few.

There were plenty of these cars bought on the mainland, infact nearly every single one I know of is still wearing its english reg, original northern Irish and Irish coupes are very rare.There was a time when there was alot of money to be made bringing these cars across the water but now I believe there are less than 100 uk models left registered on the mainland.
