Headlamp glass

I've seen Paul at ARR do a few of these and after several years of practice its still a job he hates doing. It still takes him a couple of hours a side to remove and refit, and I'm sure he comes in from behind so to speak!

Just put the new covers in.Hopefully they'll stay in place as I don't want to do it again Horrible messy job White paint ,blaaaaack sealant
not a good combination .

Its a botch of a job getting the old ones out but I found putting the new ones in ok. I had a litre of thinners to hand and used copious amounts to clean off extra sealant....it worked! Wouldnt want to do it again for the nightmare of getting the old bits out and squeezing the light units out to get to the back of the covers.
