I believe some people have had plastic copies made but only getting one isnt going to help. Its a botch of a job fitting them too! There are no glass copies available as far as I'm aware....bite the bullet and buy one from Renault. Its one of those situatons where there are no cheap and easy aftermarket ways round I'm afraid.

 Rupert had some headlamp covers made for a spider from perspex not long ago
They are ok for the job as I bought a couple of sets from him myself at a fraction of the cost of a renault item...... maybe he could get some GTA ones made also.... send him a mail it's worth a shot 8)

Depends how well theyve been made and fitted! Ive no problem with it, but the glass originals are curved in 2 directions and have a stepped edge so its difficult to pop down B&Q and knock some up from sheets of perspex. The other problem is if you go the perspex route you'd need to change both.....and its a pain in the asp to do and will end up costing more than just buying one glass one from Renault.

I bought Stephen's plastic ones from him last year but they seemed to be too small....ended up buying one glass one instead.

if they have a curved surface, they would need to be vacuum formed, that's what they did wth the spider ones and they came out ok,

I fitted a set of the perspex ones to a friends GTA, that were supplied by David Gentleman. Fitted fine, although they were made so you could replace the blinker as well with the perspex lens. I cut this section off and left the blinker as it was.

I,ve already got these drawn up ready to produce , I'll get a price together for pairs in 5 mm thick polycarb/acrylic .I have a cunning plan to produce the double curve without the need for vacforming but not totally perfected it yet
