Alpine 1978 Le mans sticker

Anyone still got this sticker in their back window? Did Alpine's have it or just Renaults?

Also recall, as a young lad sitting with my mum and dad watching tv on a certain Sunday in June 1978, probably watching the Saint or Charlie's Angels.... an advert came on showing 2 yellow headlights weaving about in the dark getting closer while the voice over described the "One Renault that does 4 miles to the gallon, no luggage space and seats one person uncomfortably... and its just won the Le mans 24hour race."
What the heck was that? I wondered at the time but it obviously hit a certain spot in my head.

Would love to find a youtube of that advert but have searched in vain.
