Brad ...... the easiest way to check out the wiring,..... having unplugged the sensor connector, and with the ign on, ..... with a bit of wire with one end attached to the block, momentarily touch each of the pins of the loom side of the connector, on one pin the temp gauge should go full scale, and on the other pin, the high temperature warning light should come on.
