could hardly believe the coincidence as we joined the motorway near Zolder, came down the slip road and what a sight, Tony Smith in his 21t leading the pack of UK Alpines,, great timing or what. ive always wanted an Alpine and seeing your guys has made me want one even more,

i met one of my friends from Holland on sunday morning, whilst at zolder , we came across one of his friends GTA's he told me that renault alpine originaly built 4 Le Mans GTA's with 21turbo engines, it is believed that 3 were destroyed in crashes, and this was the remaining one at the show.

Did you see the pics of the 21 turbo engined GTA at Zolder in the Alpine Oddities folder?

yes m8 saw them and was great to see the car,,there was also a raced prepped 5 there on the back of a trailer, which had a 21 turbo europa cup engine fitted in the back....
