will a reno 25 speed sensor fit???

Hi all again

Have started to strip speedo out ,the speedo head seems fine and so are all the conecting blocks all free from any dirt or corrosion.So now ive started from the g box and found the speed sensor all badly shot green wires, greese, oil and 15 years of dirt!So as not to get a stupid look from my local reno dealer again ,has any one or is the reno 25 the same?dont mind if diffrent connection will re wire conector.

the sensor itself is the same on fuel injected 25s as on the gt a turbo but there are different connections for model years and obviously different lenths of wire etc
