Hi Vince, didn't realise that was the one you bought.

I went to see it when it was first for sale after the restaurant had finished with it...

As you are the owner of the ex Michel Roux car I have a copy of the original advert for this car which gives its history and service intervals, if you would like a copy to keep to add to your file on the car please contact me and I will send it to you.
