still cant get my avatar to work, dont get it, its a jpg the right size but it always says that the pictures has been moved or deleted????????

Have to be careful here as a newbie but:
As much as I appreciate the artistic content of a number of the Avatars, and have spent some time reviewing them I wonder if they wouldn't scare away some female contributors and if my wife saw them there might be a few words of criticism/scorn/derision.

Certain Avatars got me in trouble in the office yesterday
