Mmmm... im quite interested in this ecu mod but befor i get to doing this im going to remove the turbo and inspect it for wear and tear. i think the waste gate and actuator are week as when driving i can here escaping gas/presure in the enginbay.
if you were doing this what would you fit and who is offering the best prices.
the car is an 89 turbo and has done proberbly 130000 miles. ? speedos

I know a very good turbo man if it needs a rebuild or upgrade .You will need a sound actuator .The std one is spot welded to the mounting bracket so you will need to modify it to put a new one on if it's not OE .
The actuator needs setting accurately to the new boost level .
Also check for boost leaks elsewhere .

Also for just another £75 I can fit new discs all round .
