Does anyone know is it possible to get one for the rad that cuts in earlier to start the fans? Say 82 degrees?

A 505 Peugeot Diesel one will be lower, but you are fooling yourself unless you also change the thermostat in the motor to a lower temp opening one to stop the fan trying to run all the time with a 89 degree engine thermostat. Is there an overheating problem?

From what I have seen in four GTAs, the radiators are simply clogged full of crud in the lower half, mostly I think from lack of proper coolant changes over the last 20 years.
