Radio code input

Our LHD GTA Mille Miles has the radio beeping away and flashing alternately between the station and cod (not code) but "cod". I called up a radio code people and from the set number got the code?? but how do you input it. I have trawled the net/checked all the handbook pages (I think) but can't find how to anywhere. The Renault manuals I have give a difference set than ours. It is identical to the LHD photo in the handbook. ie; with display on top and equalizers in the middle.Radio model is 22 DC 882/72 part no: 60 25 008 076

Usually on most of these types you enter each number by multiple presses of the station selction buttons. i.e. if your first number is 3, then press the first button three times and so on. To enter the number you usally press the 5th key ( or 4th if it is a 3 figure code). Hope this helps. This radio sounds like and early model. It may have locked out - that means you will need to have it unlocked.
