Seized wishbone

I have decided to take off the front suspension,whilst fitting the ABS,for a good shot blast and paint.
Everything has come off nice and easy except the NSF lower wishbone!!!
Basically the bolt has seized in the sleeve.
Are the bushes still available??
I don't want to go using heat until i know i can get hold of some!
Any tips would also be helpful please.
