question for david gentleman the big capacity engine you sell how do they achieve the capacity is it through bore and stroke or just stroke as someone told me that the maximum bore is 93 mm over this size you will constantly blow head gaskets

100mm liners in a machined block on a decked and machined block/liner combination to get the protusion spot on. Bespoke gaskets for this arrangement

They are not 'thin' liners. These are next to normal thickness, but larger, hence the need for the machined block.

Whoever told you that probably had a go (or hearsay) at boring out the standard 93mm liners...

is the conversion based on your block or is it included in the price plus do you have any data on the engine or results etc
