Anyone familiar with, or have install instructions for a Cobra 0802T immobiliser? Mine has gone a bit wonky and only seems to want to work once the ignition is actually switched on i.e. the alarm light is off until I turn the ignition key and then it comes on and cuts the power off, at which point I can then use the fob to disarm it.
I've looked at the wiring (thatcham so all black) but I can see its power source and I've checked that it has a continuous feed and earth. There are 2 micro-switches on the back of the alarm. I'm wondering what they do and if I've accientally moved one/both when wrestling the unit out from the wiring mess behind the dash and stopped it from passively arming. Any ideas/information gratefully received. I'm scared to move the switches in case I end up re-programming it and it wont work at all
