Wiring

Whilst the turbo is off ,time for lots of little jobs I have moved the main loom from the ECU to the correct place above the fuel lines etc and away from the exhaust One of the runs is the worse for heat ,thickest diameter black sleeved one containing white,red and bare with some coax type shielding .All the insulation has has gone locally and they have been touching ,no problems, but what are they would just like to know for future ref ......................in case a problem arises ( I know it's very unlikely )

TDC?

No ,I can see that coming out of the main bunch , goes down below turbo This run continues down to the back of the car .

I would have said TDC too. They are the only red and white wires used with a coax sheild, it runs under the turbo with a heat wrap tube, and the insulation on the red and white wires is a very soft rubber, that in the presence of any solvents (petrol, brake cleaner), dissolves to dust the moment it comes into contact with it...

It's 1 red and 1 whitegreen and 1 bare

I seem to remember when I had my engine out, the TDC was 2 wires, red and white, in a heat sheilding. Also the TDC had a block connector above the front on the RH bank of the vee.

Sorry, no firm ideas, but have you looked at the wiring manual?
Flow sensor, item 162??? but manual does say yellow/black&mauve.
Where do they route towards?

gearbox speed sensor wires running to o/s/r inner bumper multi plug?

It runs to the left hand bank ,either Idle valve or throttle I think ,they're the only 3 wire bits that side .
