3pt rear belts for GTA/A610

Has anyone put 3pt belts in the back of their GTA or A610.

Paul Sage can do three point belts (poss four, I'm not too sure) for kids in the back seats, but I haven't done it yet.
However, When I was chatting to him about it we noticed that one of the cars he had in the garage at the time had proper 3 point inertia belts fitted... he hadn't noticed before.
He didn't think it was factory done so must have been an enterprising previous owner.

Rupert, i think he means 3 pt harnesses!!??

Erm, havent got a clue then! I find winding the drivers seats back as far as they can go, crushing the kids normally stops them flying through the windscreen!

Tie a bungy strap around their necks and hook it onto the back of the rear seat.
I hear it allows you to adjust their volume by breaking hard......

I believe some German GTAs had rear 3 point belts as standard. Looking at the GTA wreck at Paul Sages', that had the plastic trim removed, revealed a steel frame inside the roofline, but did not have a tag for the top seat belt bolt welded in place. I don't know the year of that car. It may be an early one. Having that steel frame accessible would surely make it possible to weld in a tag and cut a hole in the plastic trim to put in a lap/sash belt, although not an inertia reel. It is a bit of an effort, but looks what I will be forced to do, to register my import GTA.
